Eldorado and Mar Vista retirement apartment homes are classified by HUD as Low Income Housing, and are limited to those 62 years of age or older; able to take care of themselves, whose income is under the limits set by HUD for this area.

For our resident's health and safety, Eldorado/Mar Vista are non-smoking properties. There are no designated smoking areas on the property.
